BOB ANDERSON FOR CONGRESS
About Bob

Bob was born in Minneapolis and spent his childhood in Richfield, MN.  As a lifelong Minnesota resident Bob knows the issues Minnesota and its residents face.  Bob was schooled in both private and public schools.  He graduated from Richfield High School.  With a diverse education background Bob has the experience to know the pro’s and con’s of public versus private schooling.

For the past 30 years Bob has worked in the dental health industry as a successful business owner where he faced tough decisions head on and met them with a strong resolve to see his plan of action through in an effective and efficient manner.

Bob is an advocate for a national bill called the Mental Health Parity Bill.  This bill will ensure that insurance companies cover mental and physical health equally.  He currently hosts a local TV show called Inside Mental Health Issues on (Suburban Community Channels, public access television).  Bob is passionate for issues that affect not only Minnesotan’s daily lives, but Americans.  Bob truly believes that a determined, united group of citizens can make a significant difference in this country more so than the high paid lobbyists and special interest groups.

With the Republican and Democratic parties heavily influenced by extremists America is starving for and deserves a solid independent candidate who can look at the issues and vote based on the needs of Minnesota, not just voting straight down party lines.  I consider myself the purple candidate, the best of the red and the blue.

Bob enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and two adult children in his spare time.  He is also a diehard Minnesota Vikings fan and never misses a game.
